Service Policy

Guidelines for Arrival:

Denver International Airport (DEN)

You can get in touch with our dispatch by calling (720) 551-0335 to inform us of your arrival and coordinate with your designated vehicle. For specific pick-up instructions, please consult your reservation confirmation.

Eagle-Vail Airport (EGE)

Your driver will greet you inside the terminal at the "Ground Transportation Meet & Greet area," where they will be holding a sign displaying your name.

Vail Valley Private Jet Center (FBO)

Your driver will be ready to meet you at your private jet, either planeside or in the FBO lobby.

Wait Time for Pick-Up:

Denver International Airport (DEN)

We anticipate hearing from you within 1 hour of your flight gate arrival. We will also make an attempt to contact you if feasible. If contact hasn't been established after 1 hour, we may release the vehicle, and a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.

Vail-Eagle Airport (EGE)

We anticipate getting in touch with you within 30 minutes of your flight gate arrival. We will also make an attempt to contact you if feasible. If contact hasn't been established after 30 minutes, we may release the vehicle, and a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.

Hotels and Private Residence pickups

We provide a 15-minute grace period of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. We will also make an attempt to contact you during this time if possible. After 15 minutes, if we haven't made contact, we may release the vehicle, and a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.

All wait time will be factored into the stoppage/wait time listed below

Missed or Delayed Flights:

"Our policy involves real-time tracking and monitoring of your flight before dispatching the vehicle to the airport. In the event of a missed flight or significant delays, please contact us immediately at (720)551-0335 to reschedule your arrangements accordingly."

Proposed Pickup Time:

"Our objective is to ensure your arrival at the airport with a minimum of 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time (2 hours or more for international trips). We will coordinate your departure pick-up times considering factors like weather and traffic patterns."

Cancellation Policy

"All reservations canceled for any reason (including canceled flights) with less than 24 hours' notice from the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, if your trip is rescheduled with clear communication before the vehicle is dispatched for the trip, the cancellation charge may be waived."

Additional Stops/Wait Time

"We provide up to 15 minutes of complimentary stoppage/wait time (time off route) on trips to/from Vail Valley/Eagle Airport (EGE). After the initial 15 minutes, an hourly charge will be applied.
For trips to/from Vail Valley/Denver Airport, we offer up to 30 minutes of complimentary stoppage/wait time (time off route). After the initial 30 minutes, an hourly charge will be applied."

Comprehensive Rates:

  • Our rates are all-inclusive and incorporate an 20% gratuity for all trips.
  • Transfers scheduled to commence after 11:00 pm and before 4:30 am will be subject to a $40 “Late Night” surcharge.
  • For private jet arrivals and departures, an administrative/tarmac access fee will be applied (the fee is dependent upon the Fixed Base Operator or FBO).
  • In cases of vehicle damage exceeding reasonable limits (as determined by the driver), additional charges may be incurred.
